I wanted to personally write and thank you for your company's excellent service and attention to details during our recent trip to Salt Lake City. In over twenty years of arranging transportation on behalf of our celebrity clients, we have never received the level of consistent, excellent service with personal care that you and your staff demonstrated. It was above and beyond standard service and made a significant impact with our talent while additionally proving to be a fine reflection on Celebrity Authentics.

"I just wanted to let you know how much we enjoyed the shuttle service with City Creek Limo. We had a long day of flying by the time we landed in Utah we were all exhausted and hungry, the minute we landed my phone rang and it was Shaffer, our driver. From that point on he guided us every step of the way until he met us at the front doors of the airport. This guy was so friendly and helpful and I must say VERY entertaining. He made sure we knew all the times and understood what was going to happen the next day. We did not get much sleep the first night and had to be up and going early but when we walked out and met Shaffer with his huge smile and he was joking already we were ready for the day. We looked forward to the next ride with him because we knew we would have a good laugh which is important after long days of taking in so much information. Most of the time you are stuck in a car with someone who does not say a word and doesn’t have a personality. It was a great experience. I am not sure if this is always the company ya'll use but just wanted to give you some feed back on our experience. Thanks to all of your staff for a great weekend."

I highly recommend when you come to Salt Lake City that you use Chafer James and City Creek Limousine.

Center for Healthcare Education coordinates medical conferences all around the world, and specifically in Park City, Utah for the last 6 years. This meeting brings attendees and faculty from around the world.

In 2010 we were having trouble with the "preferred" transportation provider that the resort recommended. The decision was made to find a transportation company that could deliver and go above our expectations for our annual meetings in Park City. That winter we met Chafer and never looked back.

The service that Chafer and City Creek provide is exceptional, and the attention that they give to each of our attendees is unparalleled. Transportation is now an item that I do not have to worry about.
